While cruising the dollar section at Target the other week, I threw this little nugget in my cart. Only a dollar to grow a little bit of luck? Sold.
Whether you believe you make your own luck or not, it seemed like a wonderful thought that I could grow some luck to help me through those rainy days.
The directions were easy enough. Now to see if it will actually grow. I put them in the window sill with my cacti, so I'll keep you posted if any luck sprouts in the next few weeks.
Happy St. Patrick's Day to you and wishing you a day fool of luck and good fortune!
Aww, that's definitely fun for just a dollar! I hope it grows!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Rachel!
DeleteThat is so cute. Love your little cacti as well. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Leia! Happy St. Patrick's Day to you, too!

It really does:) Thanks, Darcy!
DeleteI love the picture of the plants in the window. The cacti you have are such interesting colors. Grow little shamrock! Grow!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Devon. It makes me happy seeing all those colors on the windowsill. I'll keep you posted on how the growing goes. Hopefully the little watering elf (aka Wade) will remember to water it when I forget (as I'm prone to do:)
DeleteHow fun!!! I just might have to run to our Target and see if they have any of those!
ReplyDeleteYou should! I bet they have some left. They also have other flowers available. The dollar section has everything:)

ReplyDeleteI gave up on buying real flowers or plants long ago. I've tried many times but I always manage to kill them. :( The last straw for me were beautiful Orchids. I kept them alive for a month and was SO happy until they finally died. You're going to laugh but I honestly was so upset I almost cried. I hope your clovers not only grow but that they do in fact bring you lots of luck! Happy St. Patrick's Day!
ReplyDeleteI'm not laughing, because I would do the same thing! I'm terrible with keeping plants alive. We've only managed to keep the plants in our house alive this long because Wade remembers to water them. I had a plant at work that I would always forget to water and then when it was on the brink of death, I would water it and it would pop back to life. Best little resilient plant ever:) I'll keep you posted on how this goes. Happy St. Patrick's Day to you, too!
